If I have not completed an course that already discontinued - Credit transfer

If you have been register on a course at Linnaeus University that has been discontinued and you have passed some parts of the course, you can apply for credit transfer on those credits to a new course via the form below. To apply for credit transfer you have to be registered to a course at Linnaeus University.  At Lnu.se you find more information, like local regulations and the application form for credit transfer.

Is the discontinued course included in the programme you have read?

First find out if the course that has been discontinued is included (is compulsory) in the programme you have read. You will find that information in the programme syllabus. You find the programme syllabus via kursplan.lnu.se.

If the programme syllabus states that the discontinued course is a compulsory course, you need to study a course an equivalent course in order to obtain a program-specified degree. If it is stated in the programme syllabus that the discontinued course is an elective alternative optional course consults with study counselors what you need to do to be able to obtain a programme-specified degree. If you have completed one or more credits in the discontinued course, you can apply for a credit transfer.
