A bit of context on what you'd be joining: in just 6 months we've grown to over 100 members (now at 200) , landed sponsorship from Spiris, and built partnerships with various companies and organizations in Växjö and Kalmar. The foundation is there, the next board gets to build on top of it.
Being on the board of AI Society is one of the few things at LNU that actually helps you build a network outside of university, gain real experience organizing events and projects, and strengthen your CV in a way that stands out to employers. Several people from the current board have landed internship/job offers partly thanks to the connections and experience they built here.
No AI background required just curiosity, commitment, and interest in being part of building and scaling a fast growing community.
