1. Book the studio in TimeEdit.

2. In the studio, Turn on the electric power button switch on the desk.
3. Connect your computer to the TV via the cable adapter or switch the TV for the whiteboard.
4. Login to the desk computer. See yellow label on the computer.
5. Login to Zoom with your LNU account.
6. Start a New Zoom meeting.
7. Click Record in Zoom.

8. When finished, End meeting and wait for the recording to be converted.
9. Upload the recording to MyMoodle or LnuPlay.
10. Sign out from Zoom! Turn off the electric power button switch.

- Divide the lecture into 15-20 minutes recordings.
- Practice before recording.
- Avoid glitter if you are wearing glasses.
- Add interaction into the lecture, such as cliffhangers, quiz questions or collect questions.
- Dress properly.
- Avoid noisy jewelry.
- Use LNU Powerpoint templates provided at Medarbetare.
- If possible, avoid small text and too much text on the slides.

ENGAGE THE STUDENTS IN RECORDED LECTURES
(Follow the steps below)
Select activity 1. Upload the lecture recording to MyMoodle

1. Turn editing on
2. Add an activity or resource - LnuPlay Video Resource - Add
3. Fill in Name
4. Add media - Add New - Media upload - Choose a file to upload - Open
5. Fill in Name and description - Save and Embed
6. Save and return to course. The file will processed by LnuPlay.

9. Repeat step 5-8 for more quiz questions

10. Finish - Save and Embed
11. Save and return to course

6. Play forward to the point where you want the question break
7. Add a Question - Reflection point - Type the instruction text and paste the Mentimeter presentation code - Save - Finished - Save and Embed
8. Save display or Save and return to course
