      - Select View - Fullscreen when entering the Zoom meeting.

      - Use your Laptop computer to record the Zoom meeting in the lecture room.

      - Join the meeting with your laptop to get a better Zoom participants overview during the lecture (View - Gallery View).

      - Spotlight or Pin Video for Everyone (the lecturer) before you start.

      - Open all Powerpoint presentations, videos, documents, etc. before you start the lecture. Then it is easy to switch between the windows during the Share Screen activities.

      - Invite the students to type their questions in the Zoom Chat. Then answer the questions after the presentation. 

    • When finished - Turn Off the microphones, return the equipment and recharge the microphones after use

      Kalmar – Fo1011, Fo1030, Fo1036, Fo1040
      Växjö – K1040, K1043, K1073, K1074, K1213, K2054, K2083

      The equipment required depends on your needs.
