Emails from Linnaeus University are sent to your student email address. This includes information from the Moodle learning platform and from people within your program.

It is therefore important that you regularly check your student email or forward it to another email address.

Get started with the learning platform

As a student it is important to be visible. Therefore, start by adding your picture.

1. When logged in, click on your name in the upper right corner.
2. Click Edit profile.
3. Scroll to User picture.
4. Browse for a picture of yourself on your computer and then upload.
5. Write your name below Picture description
6. Click Update profile – Done!

Examination at an alternative location

Apply well in advance!
Inside Sweden, the examination can be arranged at another university college, university or municipal learning center offering higher learning courses. Outside Sweden, embassies and consulates are approved locations for examination.
All rules for examination apply. You may leave the room earliest 50 min. after the start time in Växjö/Kalmar and must also be in place and have started at that time.
