Collaborative Learning, SI-PASS (Supplemental Instruction-Peer Assisted Study Sessions), is a pedagogical method based on learning with others. Students regularly meet in smaller study groups led by an SI leader. The goal is to increase retention rates, prevent dropouts, and enhance students' academic skills and performance.

The faculty aims to have SI leaders associated with all programs by 2025. The SI leader acts as a role model and guide, not a teacher. Students identify what they want to work on and vary their approaches accordingly.
