Each student listed in the column "Peer One" reviews report of the student listed in front of his name in the column "Peer Two". Similarly each student listed in the column "Peer Two" reviews report of the student listed in same row before his name in the column "Peer One".  See the following for an example: 

Ahmad Snobar reviews report of Larissa Baeninger Pescarini, and Larissa Baeninger Pescarini reviews report of Ahmad Snobar.
Fatimah Olamide Ibrahim reviews report of Alfonso Gotor, and Alfonso Gotor reviews report of Fatimah Olamide Ibrahim.
