There may be many students taking this course, and several staff involved as well. In order to handle the flow of questions we ask everyone to think about and follow the guidelines below. 

MyMoodle - Course room 

The course room at MyMoodle is used for all type of information, communication and submissions. It is the hub in the course and there you can find all information that you possibly need. The course room is updated during the course. 

Questions

  • The main way to communicate with the instructors is to ask questions directly during the scheduled weekly meeting times (and/or official open office hours). These will be answered immediately and will have the full attention of the instructor. 
  • Questions asked outside of the scheduled hours (via Slack, e-mail, etc.) will be answered as soon as possible, but not immediately. Please remember that, outside of the scheduled hours, the instructors are working on other courses and/or different responsibilities. 

Conflict resolution

If you have a problem with how the course is being taught, the schedule, the content/methods, etc. the first thing to do is to communicate directly with the instructors and try to find a good, reasonable solution that fits with the course and everyone involved. If that does not work, or if you feel in any way intimidated to talk directly to the instructors, you can reach out to other administrative levels (such as the program coordinator, or student counselor). However, please keep in mind that, in most situations, the first thing that will be done in any case is to take the matter back to the instructors and find a peaceful and reasonable solution that fits within the course’s schedule and all the people involved in the matter
