Learning Agreement for course transfer approval before your semester abroad

Please note, that once you are nominated to a placement as an exchange student, you will receive more information from our faculty on credits and courses required.

You can transfer credits back to Linnaeus within your degree, or as single subject courses outside your degree. If you are an Erasmus+ exchange student, a credit transfer is mandatory and for all exchange students an expectation.

It is always your programme-/subject coordinator/teacher who is responsible for approving of your courses in a document called "Learning Agreement"

If you are an Erasmus+ student, you fill in your Learning Agreement in our portal Mobility Online for exchange studies.

If you are studying outside of Europe, we will send you a document to fill in.
