Exam registration – how do I sign up?

Where do I sign up?

Log in to lnu.se/student --> My Ladok --> Choose Linnaeus University and Log in --> click on Examinations --> click on the course --> sign up

If you have been registered on the course before, you do not need to be re-registered to write the re-examination. 

When can I sign up?

Sign up has to be done during the sign up period. The last day to sign up for an exam is always nine work days before the day of the exam. The exams that takes place in a hall at Campus can be found at salstentamen.lnu.se. Exams that are given via the course room at Moodle can be found at "Examinations" via your Ladok at your Student web. You must sign up yourself for the exams that are included in the course. You sign up according to the instructions above (see heading Where do you sign up), and about one week before the exam takes place, information will be sent to your student email about which hall the exam will be written in.

Before you sign up:

To be able to sign up for the examination you must be registered as a student in that specific course. Sign up for exams is mandatory.

When writing the exam:

Valid ID is required.

Students who cannot present a valid ID are not entitled to enter and write the exam.

What happens after the signing up?

When you sign up for an anonymous exam you will receive an anonymous code by e-mail. A few days before the exam, you will receive an email to your student email address with information about the place and time.

Missed the sign up period for your exam?

Please note that it is not possible to sign up for exams after the sign up period has ended.

If you have failed to sign up for an examination in hall, you can still show up at the examination hall and talk to the invigilator before the exam starts. The invigilator will then assess if there is an opportunity for you to do the exam. If possible, then you may start writing the exam 45 minutes after the regular start time.

If you have failed to sign up for a digital examination via Inspera, there is unfortunately no possibility to write the examination at that session.

You cannot find the exam you should sign up for?

If you cannot sign up for an exam you should contact ekonomihogskolan@lnu.se in good time before the sign up period ends.
