Student rights and responsibilities

- Advice and support
- If you need someone to talk to, the Student Welfare Office is there for you studenthalsan@lnu.se
Students with special needs are entitled to learning support. For more information, please visit https://lnu.se/en/student/service-and-support/studying-with-disability/.
- This office will advise on certificates you may need to acquire from a doctor and based on that provide you with help
- If you need extensions with exams due to special needs, inform every course coordinator at the start of the course and send her / him the certificate
- First try solve it with the teacher concerned or course coordinator
- If that does not help, contact program coordinator
- If that does not help, contact head of Department of Cultural Sciences hosting the Master in Colonial and Postcolonial Studies.
Disciplinary Board
Decides about disciplinary measures against students (attempt to deceive during examinations; disrupt or obstruct teaching, tests or other activities; subject another student or member of the staff of the higher education institution to harassment or sexual harassment).
