    En studentkårs lagstadgade uppgift är att säkerställa att studenter kan påverka sin utbildning. Vi utser studentrepresentanter som får mandat att företräda sina medstudenter när universitetet fattar beslut som har betydelse för utbildningen eller studenternas situation. Det är ett viktigt uppdrag som är avgörande för utbildningskvaliteten.  

    Som studentrepresentant påverkar du din utbildning och bygger nätverk samtidigt som du berikar studietiden och stärker ditt CV. Dessutom är det arvoderat. Läs mer och ansök här.

    A student union’s statutory duty is to ensure that students can influence their education. Linnaeus Union appoints student representatives who are mandated to represent their fellow students when the university makes decisions that affect the education or students’ situation. It’s an important assignment that is crucial for educational quality.  

    As a student representative, you influence your education and build networks while enriching your study time and strengthening your CV. The role is also remunerated. Read more and apply here.

    We work broadly with matters concerning students as academics, as private individuals, and as actors in the labour market. On our website and social media you’ll find more information about what we do, housing, part-time jobs, and social activities.

    We work with educational quality, represent students in various bodies, and provide support and help with complaints.

    The municipalities
    Kalmar and Växjö municipalities offer a welcome package worth SEK 1000 if you register as a resident there. Read more and apply:

    Bli medlem/Become a member

    Som medlem kan du rösta på medlemsmöten och i kårvalet och kan själv kandidera till kårstyrelsen. Som medlem har man dessutom tillgång till evenemang, aktiviteter, näringslivskontakter, studentpubarna med mera. Medlemskapet kostar 200:- för en termin eller 300:- för två. 

    1. Ladda ner Hitract-appen på din mobil och skapa ett konto  
    2. Hitta vår hitClub genom att söka på ”Linnékåren"  
    3. Tryck på ”Bli medlem” och följ instruktionerna. 

    As a member, you can vote at member meetings and in the student union elections, and you can run for the student union board yourself. Members also get access to events, activities, business contacts, the student pubs, and more. Membership costs SEK 200 for one semester or SEK 300 for two.
