Dear student,

Below you will find some practical information for the next semester. If you are going to study abroad, at another faculty or at another university go directly to headlines Exchange Studies or Elective semester within your programme.

In order to continue you studies you have to:

Register (one week before the start of the course or during the first week)

You must register for your programme courses. You register via your student account.

If you have problem with registering, it may be due to the followings:

  • You do not meet up to the prerequisites (for prerequisites, see the course syllabus)
  • You have been registered on the course before, and therefore, you should re-register when the course starts
  • The registration period is closed
  • You have not applied to your programme courses via universityadmission.se.
  • You have changed programme or admission to a programme in progress
  • You had an approved leave from studies

Contact ekonomihogskolan@lnu.se for assistance with registration.

Students in Kalmar will find the prerequisites for the autumn semester on MyMoodle under the headline Apply to programme course Autumn 2019, here.

Prerequisites and admission for the next semester

Under my pages at universityadmissions.se you can see if you are qualified to the autumn courses.

If you are conditionally admitted, it may be because the results from the spring semester are not yet registered. Note that an additional assessment is done one week before the course starts. The prerequisites are stated in the course syllabus. If you are a fee-paying student, the conditionally admitted status could also depend on if the payment of tuition has been processed. For all questions regarding Tuition fees, email tuitionfees@lnu.se.

At the end of July, you will receive a letter of acceptance to which you must reply YES if you wish to continue your studies. If you have any issues with your admission, please contact admission@lnu.se

If you want to cancel your studies or if you want to apply for an approved leave from studies, you can find more information here.

Between September 15th and October 15th, you need to apply for your spring programme courses. Information regarding the spring programme courses will be published under announcements in your MyMoodle programme room.

If you are a student in Växjö and have studied abroad during the spring semester of 2019, it is important that you send a transcript of records to ekonomihogskolan@lnu.se, as explained in the e-mail sent by Emmelie Hedin Ekholm. Note that this will only be used to assess your eligibility for the autumn programme courses and not as supporting document for credit transfer. The application for credit transfer for exchange studies should be filled in according to the guidelines provided here.

Programme start - schedule

The autumn semester starts on the 2nd of September and you will find your schedule on TimeEdit. Please note that the schedule is published at the earliest 4 weeks before the course starts. When you are registered for a course you will be able to access your personal schedule through your student account.
